Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Sacred Skin by Steph requires at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee.

I understand that life happens. As a one-time courtesy, your first late or same-day cancellation may be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Any future late cancellations may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

No-Shows

No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Clients who no-show will no longer be able to book future appointments with Sacred Skin by Steph.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment in order to respect the next client's scheduled appointment. The full service price will still apply.

Agreement

By booking an appointment with Sacred Skin by Steph, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
