FIRST TIME GLOW FACIAL

New to Sacred Skin? This is where we begin.

Your first appointment gives me the time to truly get to know you and your skin. We’ll start with an in-depth consultation where we talk about your skin concerns, goals, current products, lifestyle, habits and anything else that may be affecting your skin.

From there, I’ll assess your skin and create a fully customized facial based on what it needs that day. This may include exfoliation, extractions, hydration, LED and other modalities when appropriate — but I’m never going to do something simply because we can. The health of your skin and its barrier always come first.

We’ll also go through your current skincare routine together. I’ll explain what I see, what I recommend and why, so you leave with a better understanding of your skin and a realistic plan moving forward.

This first appointment gives us our starting point. From there, I can guide you toward the treatments and home care that make the most sense for your skin, your goals and your lifestyle.

You don’t need to know what to book or what your skin needs before you come in. That’s what I’m here for.

I specialize in acne, pigmentation and healthy skin aging, but caring for your skin is only part of the experience. I believe real results shouldn’t come at the expense of relaxation or your skin barrier. Most of my treatments combine corrective skincare with restorative touch and intentional energy, creating space for you to slow down while we work toward healthier, clearer and more resilient skin.

No two facials are the same. Every treatment is guided by your skin, your goals and what you need that day.

The Goddess Ritual

This is the next level of the Sacred Skin experience — a two-hour sacred journey created for your skin, body and soul.

Your ritual is fully customized, beginning with corrective skincare chosen specifically for what your skin needs that day. LED light therapy is incorporated to support the skin’s natural healing and renewal process while you settle deeper into relaxation.

From there, we slow everything down and move into restorative touch through facial massage, lymphatic drainage, head massage, and extended neck, chest and arm massage.

Sound healing and intentional energy work are woven throughout the experience, creating space for your nervous system to settle while your skin receives the corrective care it needs.

There is no rushing and no one-size-fits-all protocol. Every part of the ritual is intentionally chosen for you that day.

This is where corrective skincare meets sacred self-care. You’ll leave with your skin glowing, your body relaxed and hopefully feeling a little lighter than when you walked in.

Signature Facials

Your go-to maintenance facial for keeping your skin healthy, hydrated and glowing between more corrective treatments.

Instead of choosing between a long list of treatments or add-ons, I customize your facial based on what your skin needs that day. I may choose a HydroFacial for deeper cleansing and hydration or an enzyme-based treatment for gentle exfoliation and skin renewal, along with additional modalities when appropriate.

Some visits may focus more on hydration and barrier support, while others may need a little more exfoliation, clearing or brightening.

You don’t have to know exactly what your skin needs before you walk through the door — that’s my job. Come in, get comfortable, and I’ll take it from there.

Acne Treatments + Coaching

I’ve helped many teens, women and men achieve clearer, healthier skin, but there is one thing every successful acne client has in common: commitment and patience.

Acne is complex, and every skin is different. I don’t believe in promising that you’ll be clear in an exact number of weeks because your skin, lifestyle, hormones, habits and triggers are unique to you. Instead, we work together, watch how your skin responds and adjust your treatment plan and home care as needed.

For active acne, I recommend treatments every two weeks for approximately the first three months. These regular check-ins allow me to see what’s changing, make adjustments to your skincare when needed and continue progressing your treatments. Once your skin is clear and stable, we can typically transition to maintenance treatments every four weeks.

Clearing acne does take commitment, and sometimes that means looking beyond your skincare products. We may talk about makeup, hair care, daily habits, and becoming more aware of certain foods or supplements that could be contributing to your breakouts.

But this isn’t about being perfect. It’s about becoming knowledgeable about your own skin so you can make the best decisions for yourself outside of the treatment room. I want you to understand the why behind what we’re doing, recognize your own potential triggers and feel confident making choices that support your skin while still living your life.

You’ll also receive an introductory email explaining acne, reviewing what we discussed during your consultation and outlining your treatment and home-care plan so you understand where we’re starting and why.

There may be ups and downs along the way. That’s part of working with acne. We’ll continue to reassess, adjust and move forward together — and I’ll be there to educate you, motivate you and cheer you on throughout the process.

Clear skin is the goal, but understanding your skin and learning how to maintain those results is just as important.

Advanced Corrective Treatments

For concerns that need more than a traditional facial, advanced corrective treatments allow us to work deeper on acne scarring, pigmentation, melasma, uneven texture and visible signs of aging.

My approach to corrective skincare has always been stronger and faster isn’t always better. With treatments like microneedling and chemical peels, we’re creating a controlled injury that stimulates the skin’s natural repair and renewal process, including collagen and elastin production and the release of growth factors.

The goal isn’t to create as much trauma as possible. It’s to create a controlled response while minimizing unnecessary trauma and supporting the integrity of the skin barrier.

Pushing the skin too far can create unnecessary inflammation, compromise the barrier and ultimately work against the results we’re trying to achieve. Slow and steady wins when it comes to healthy skin.

Depending on your skin, concerns, goals and the amount of downtime appropriate for you, I may incorporate microneedling or select from different professional chemical peels, including BioRePeel and The Perfect Derma Peel.

There is no one “best” peel or corrective treatment. I choose what makes sense for your skin and adjust our approach as your skin progresses.

These treatments are designed to build on one another over time, and the skin’s renewal process continues long after you leave the treatment room. Corrective work is often recommended as a series rather than a one-and-done treatment.

Because what you do at home is just as important as what we do in the treatment room, clients receiving advanced corrective treatments must be using the professional home-care routine I recommend for their skin. This allows us to properly prepare the skin, support healing and protect the progress we’re working toward.

The goal is intentional, progressive change while keeping the health and integrity of your skin at the center of everything we do.

The Virtual Skin Edit

Not local, can’t make it into the treatment room or simply overwhelmed by what to use?

The Virtual Skin Edit brings my approach to your skin from wherever you are. We’ll take a deeper look at your concerns, current products, routine, lifestyle and possible triggers, then edit what you’re using and create a personalized skincare plan that actually makes sense for you.

This isn’t about adding more products. It’s about understanding what your skin needs, what may be holding it back and creating a routine you can realistically follow.
